Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeeta1 ("jeeta 1", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jeeta1 website located at https://jeeta1.bio and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing the jeeta1 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of our service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the jeeta1 platform.

jeeta1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Age Verification

The jeeta1 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jeeta1 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement across all registrations and transactions.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, corporation, or entity when using the platform.
• You have not previously had a jeeta1 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

jeeta1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is completed. jeeta1 will not process any withdrawal request from an account that has not completed identity verification.

Account Registration and Management

Each individual may hold only one active registered account on the jeeta1 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. jeeta1 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts will be suspended and any balances may be voided.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. jeeta1 cannot be held responsible for issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jeeta1 support immediately at [email protected]. jeeta1 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

jeeta1 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, where a player has breached these Terms, or where account activity raises responsible gaming concerns.

Deposits and Withdrawals

jeeta1 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select other local bank transfer options. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. jeeta1 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment method not matching the registered account holder's name may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. jeeta1 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests at the time. jeeta1 does not guarantee a specific withdrawal processing time.

jeeta1 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, including requesting additional documentation, where unusual account activity is detected or where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jeeta1 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal can be requested. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable wagering requirement before accepting any bonus.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• jeeta1 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the Player accepting it.
• Where jeeta1 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is exploiting a bonus offer — for example, through low-risk betting strategies designed primarily to clear wagering requirements — jeeta1 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until wagering requirements are met.

Game Rules and Betting Rules

All casino games offered on the jeeta1 platform — including slots, live dealer games, arcade games (including Insect Master and Dragon Fishing), and table games — are governed by the rules of the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. By participating in any game, you agree to the rules of that game as applied by the relevant provider.

All sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, and kabaddi, are governed by jeeta1's sports betting rules as published on the platform. In cases of dispute, jeeta1's decision regarding the settlement of a market shall be final.

jeeta1 does not accept bets that it has reason to believe are placed with the benefit of insider information or in circumstances that suggest market manipulation. jeeta1 reserves the right to void bets where pricing or settlement errors occur due to technical faults or data feed failures. The Platform cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to live betting markets and will not compensate Players for bets that could not be placed due to technical interruptions.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game categories and betting markets. These limits are displayed at the time of placing each bet. Exceeding maximum bet limits in a single transaction will result in the bet being rejected or reduced to the maximum permitted amount.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeeta1 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age or allowing a minor to access your account.
• Registering more than one account or using any account other than your own.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or criminal means, including money laundering.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in games or betting markets for financial gain.
• Providing false or misleading identity information to jeeta1 or its verification partners.
• Attempting to reverse-charge or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider without first contacting jeeta1 support.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeeta1 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the jeeta1 platform without prior written authorisation from jeeta1. Any unauthorised use of jeeta1's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

jeeta1 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeeta1 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its services.

jeeta1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from betting outcomes, technical malfunctions, unauthorised account access, or data loss. jeeta1's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

jeeta1 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider outages that are outside of jeeta1's reasonable control.

Privacy and Data Protection

jeeta1 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jeeta1 uses SSL encryption and industry-standard data security practices to protect your personal information.

Termination and Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jeeta1 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your primary verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

jeeta1 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it determines that these Terms have been breached, where fraud or illegal activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform. Governing Law and Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of dispute resolution. jeeta1's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility shall be considered final in the absence of demonstrable technical error.

Amendments to These Terms

jeeta1 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jeeta1 will notify registered Players via the platform or via the email address associated with their account, where applicable. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the jeeta1 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 12.
